Humanitarian aid: Luxembourg deploys emergency.lu system to cyclone-hit Madagascar

In response to a request from European emergency coordinators, Luxembourg has sent two experts and its emergency.lu telecommunications system to Madagascar, which was recently devastated by Tropical Cyclone Gezani.
